A Will outlines your wishes for what happens after you’re gone. At a minimum, it should include:
Who will carry out your wishes — your executor and digital executor
Who should receive your important belongings — whether they’re valuable or sentimental
Who will inherit your home or property
Who should care for your children, pets, or any dependents
Any gifts or donations you want to leave to charities or individuals
What should happen to your financial accounts or investments
Who will manage any inheritance left to minors until they become adults
