I have requested a new password but not received it.

If you have requested a new password but have not received it please look in your spam or junk folder. If that happens we recommend that you mark the email as safe and your next email from GoodTrust will be delivered to your inbox instead. 

Here is how to do it:

  1. On your computer, open Gmail.
  2. On the left, click More.
  3. Click Spam.
  4. Open the email.
  5. At the top, click Not spam.

Tip: To stop a message from being sent to Spam in the future, you can:

  1. Add the sender to your Contacts.
  2. Filter these messages.
